Terms and Conditions:
  1. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
  2. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. 
  3. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. 
  4. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. 
  5. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). 
  6. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. 
Waiting Time: 
Waiting charges within 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time on all departures and transfers.
Reservation Cancellations:
We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, Arizona Corporate Coach has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online or via our phone number, just give us 6 hours notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 3-5 business days.
Unfortunately, Arizona Corporate Coach can not refund payment if cancelled with less than 6 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
Where To Meet Your Driver at Sky Harbor Airport:
For meet and greet service, the driver will meet you at baggage claim. For will call service, the driver will meet you outside the terminal, curbside.
No-Show Fee 
A prepayment helps us reduce no-shows, reduce fraudulent reservations and keep costs down. No-show fee is equal to the trip cost, will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location within one hour.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept most major credit cards, American Express, Master and Visa cards. 
Prepayment has become the industry standard for travel related reservations made online. Prepayment helps us reduce no-shows, reduce fraudulent reservations and keep costs down.
Note:
Please note that reservation CANNOT be considered FINAL or CONFIRMED until it is approved by one of our representatives. An email notification will be sent to the address you provided once this reservation is reviewed.
All rates are estimated based on standard transfer times. The rate is exclusive of gratuity. Additional fees may apply. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Gratuity and Tips:
A service fee of  15% will be add to the bill. This will be explained to all customers at the time your reservation was made.
